Cogito members research and organize the principle/philosophy/keywords, current event/issues, relevant facts, examples, and common debate motions related to each topic that they are assigned to.

You can find basic information on various topic areas such as democracy, criminal justice, economics/employment, development, education, health and medical ethics, etc.

About Us

We are a debate club in Hankuk Academy of Foreign Studies. We aim to help students, especially rookies, improve on their debate skills and provide them with various opportunities by holding weekly sessions, and also participating in real tournaments as a team. Visit our website to see what we have done in the past and what we are planning to do! MOTION ANALYSIS

Cogito members select motions on various topics and upload example cases for both government and opposition. Past WSDC motions and cases are also uploaded, so you can read it with the videos:)

DEBATE LESSONS
